A few years ago several of my close friends decided to get breast implants. I had been naturally endowed and did not need the procedure. As it turns out they all admitted that they had been jealous over the years of boobs and wanted large ones of there own.
It did not matter how petite they were, all wanted to go for the biggest ones the doctor could squeeze in. Preferably a D cup. All were willing to go through the pain and the high cost of the procedure. No one could be talked out of it. They all thought that they would be able to breast feed later on when they had kids.
All were given two options for the procedure, either through the nipple or through the navel. All three chose through the navel. Luckily for them the complications were minimal.
Now years later all three regret the decision. As it turns out the grass is not always greener on the other side of the fence. Their biggest complaint is that men no longer look at their beautiful faces or lovely smile. Men only look at their boobs now. Sure they get a lot more attention, but unfortunately it is not the attention that they had wanted.

If you are healthy and wanting to become pregnant, you can easily calculate the best days for conception and increase your probability of becoming pregnant quickly.
If you are not healthy or do not have regular periods you may first want to work on getting healthy. Having a regular period is a sign of good health. Not having a regular period should be discussed with your doctor, so that you can figure out what is the cause.
The first step all women of child bearing age should do is begin taking a folic acid supplement. Folic acid is crucial in the first stages of pregnancy and the development of a healthy baby. Folic acid is needed before you even know that you are pregnant, so you must begin taking it before you try or even if you are not trying but are in your child bearing years.
To calculate your most fertile days of the month first locate the date of the first day of your last period. Next add 14 days to that date. Your most fertile days will be the next three days.

Unfortunately a celebrity Chimp named Travis went crazy over the weekend and attacked a woman. It is thought that he was suffering from Lyme Disease. There is no known test for Lyme Disease and it can have a variety of symptoms. Lyme Disease can get worse if left untreated.
The monkey who has starred in many television ads including some from Old Navy, was thought to be a very well behaved domestic pet. He even dressed himself, drank wine and got along well with others until now.
The victim is said to have “life changing” injuries.
Unfortunately, Travis had to be shot and killed by police to stop his rampage.

Yes, you should be watching your bad or LDL cholesterol for high cholesterol levels. You should go and get your cholesterol level tested if you have not already done so. Of course, you also want to manage your good HDL cholesterol levels.
Managing your cholesterol is a combination of keeping your bad cholesterol low and keeping your good cholesterol high. It is very important to do both. You should not be on a low fat diet, that is a misconception. You should not consume bad fats such as saturated or trans fats, but you should consume good fats, such as olive oil, avocados, nuts and seeds and flax oil.
If you know you have a problem with high bad LDL cholesterol you should also be exercising on a regular basis and eating healthy food such as steel cut oats.

The answer is no. There has been a lot of press lately about multiple births and reality TV shows. Don’t start thinking that this may be your claim to fame.
Multiple birth pregnancies are very dangerous for both the mother and the babies. The more babies, the more dangers. Many multiple births end with multiple birth defects for the children and sometimes death for the mother. This is a very risky procedure. Now days, most reputable doctors will not put more than two embryos into a mother. They know the dangers.
Sometimes the babies may seem healthy at first and then they have problems later on or learning disabilities.
There is also the cost of diapers, clothing, medical care and formula. These items can be dibilitating for some families. It may seem like a parade when you see it on television but in real life, you do not receive as much help as you think and if you do not have five or more in your clan, you will not get much help from anyone.
Can you just imagine how many hands you would need to take care of the group. You and your husband will not be enough. Care takers will not be there around the clock, so there will be many hours of the night where you do not have any help at all.

All too often we hear of children being snatched right out of their beds in the night. Many are even on the second floor of the home or apartment. This is the biggest nightmare of most parents. Keep your kids safe from predators.
Let everyone know how protective you are of your children. Watch them constantly. When you have guests over, check on your children often.
Keep your doors and windows locked. If a lock is broken, then fix it. Use extra protection on sliding glass doors and windows such as a pole to keep it secure. Use extra locks on all doors leading outside or into the garage such as a deadbolt or chain.
Keep a small dog that likes to bark a lot in the house. Kids love dogs, you may even want the dog to sleep in the hall in front of your childs room or possibly inside the room.
Check on your children in the night. If you get up for a snack, water or to use the restroom, you should check on your children at the same time.
Have the children sleep on the same level that you sleep. Otherwise they are too far away from you.
Don’t work at night. Parents that work at night, especially fathers, give kidnappers a better opportunity.
Install chimes or alarms on all doors and windows.

Many people may not realize that they are not breathing deep enough. Shallow breathing does not allow enough oxygen into the lungs. There are even clubs were you can go just to get extra oxygen. Many people rave about these establishments and say that they have never felt better in their lives.
It is not necessary for you to breathe deeply every time to breathe, but you can set aside some time each day to take a few deep breaths. I would recommend about 10 minutes per day.
Sit in a comfortable position with your feet flat on the floor. Breathe in through your nose to the count of seven. Hold your breath for the count of four. Exhale your breath to the count of eight. Make sure you get all of the air out of your lungs and then repeat.
Getting extra oxygen will help you feel better, give you more energy and make you healthier.

Constipation in children is a very difficult issue for the child to deal with and should be remedied as quickly as possible. Sometimes it is something very simple such as not drinking enough water, other times it is a chronic illness that they will have to deal with throughout their lives. If your child is experiences constipation you should first check to see if they are drinking enough water. Do not count things such as soda as part of their daily water intake. Soda and other drinks with caffeine in them cause the body to need more water. Children need 6-8 glasses of water per day, spread throughout the day. Next make sure they are getting enough fiber. They should be eating a minimum amount of five servings of fruits and vegetables per day. Nine servings of fruits and vegetables for optimal health.
If your child is still constipated and you know that they have had plenty of water and fiber, you should then look into the possibility of constipating foods. Some foods that are constipating to children are meat and milk. Try eliminating meat and milk from their diet to see if that helps.
Next you will want to look into the possibility of an allergy. There could be another food or medication in their diet that is causing the constipation. Work with your doctor to try and pinpoint the culprit.
There are a few quick remedies to relieve constipation. These remedies should not be used on a continual basis but only for an individual occurrence. The first is mineral oil. Giving your child a tablespoon of mineral oil should get things moving. You can even mix it into their food if you need to. Another remedy is a suppository or enema. Both of these methods will cause some slight discomfort and the possibility of diarrhea. The third instant remedy is an over the counter fiber, such as Metamucil or Citrucel. Citrucel is completely clear and your child will not know it is in their drink. Metamucil has some fiber cookies children can eat. The problem with using a fiber supplement is that they will make your child feel like they need to go all the time and they may cause some diarrhea. Also it may take several days to become regular.
To sum things up, give your child water and fruit throughout the day to keep them regular. If constipation arises first try mineral oil, it has little or no bad side effects.
If your child continues to have a problem he or she may be suffering from chronic constipation. Ask their doctor for help.

Everyday we are faced with things that we must do that are difficult. Sometimes we choose not to to them because it is so tough and then we must live with the consequences. To do the right thing we need to motivate ourselves to do what needs to be done. Motivation is difficult but we can all do it.
First we must decide what it is that we need to do. Define it clearly so that there is no difficulty understanding what must be done. Plan out the steps as far out as you can.
Next tell yourself that you have the control over what happens. You can take control or you can let it go and suffer the consequences. Once you have decided to take control it will be easier to do what you need to do.
Create a mantra for yourself. Give yourself the “I can do it” power punch.
Do not allow negative feelings or issues hold you back. Clear them from your mind. Use a visualization technique to erase them from your brain. Pretend like your brain is a write on wipe off board. Whenever bad or negative thoughts enter your brain and try to slow you down, just erase them.
You can do it, I know you can!
