Jade Goody, Britains rowdy reality TV star has turned her image around as well as motivating thousands to get screened for cervical cancer.
Jade married her fiance on Sunday, Jack Tweed in front of 200 guests in England. Jade has an advanced stage of cervical cancer and is only expected to live for a couple of weeks. She sold the photo and video of her wedding for 1 million pounds and has also sold the rights to film the last remaining days of her life for a reality TV show.
Although her actions have upset many, she claims that she wants the money for your two young sons, ages 4 and 5.
Jade has no turned into a British celebrity with everyone including the prime minister touting her bravery. Not to mention that no more women than ever are being screened for cervical cancer, which can be cured if caught in the beginning stages.
Good luck to you Jade and God Bless!

Yes, you should be watching your bad or LDL cholesterol for high cholesterol levels. You should go and get your cholesterol level tested if you have not already done so. Of course, you also want to manage your good HDL cholesterol levels.
Managing your cholesterol is a combination of keeping your bad cholesterol low and keeping your good cholesterol high. It is very important to do both. You should not be on a low fat diet, that is a misconception. You should not consume bad fats such as saturated or trans fats, but you should consume good fats, such as olive oil, avocados, nuts and seeds and flax oil.
If you know you have a problem with high bad LDL cholesterol you should also be exercising on a regular basis and eating healthy food such as steel cut oats.

Many people may not realize that they are not breathing deep enough. Shallow breathing does not allow enough oxygen into the lungs. There are even clubs were you can go just to get extra oxygen. Many people rave about these establishments and say that they have never felt better in their lives.
It is not necessary for you to breathe deeply every time to breathe, but you can set aside some time each day to take a few deep breaths. I would recommend about 10 minutes per day.
Sit in a comfortable position with your feet flat on the floor. Breathe in through your nose to the count of seven. Hold your breath for the count of four. Exhale your breath to the count of eight. Make sure you get all of the air out of your lungs and then repeat.
Getting extra oxygen will help you feel better, give you more energy and make you healthier.

To change your lifestyle, feel better and live longer you will need to start some new habits. To set yourself up for success you will need to learn some new recipes.
Find recipes for all of the new healthy products you wil be eating such as barley, wholegrain pasta, brown rice, etc. Add healthy fish, such as salmon and plenty of fruits and vegetables.
You do not need to stress yourself out by telling yourself that you cannot have the things you used to eat. Just slowly cut them out of your diet. If you are eating healty 90% of the time and you slip in a donut every once in a while, you will still be doing better that you were before. It is all about having mental control over yourself. When you tell yourself you can’t have something, your brain starts to work overtime to manipulate you into having that item. Tell yourself you can have anything you want, but you are just choosing not to have it today.
Eventually you and your body will get used to your new diet and appreciate what it is doing for your health. You will then not want or desire junk food any longer.
Make sure you always have plenty of fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds handy for snacking so that you are not tempted by chips and junk food. Sunflower seeds are much tastier than any kind of chip on the market.

Longevity studies keep coming up with the same results, you can affect your longevity. There are many things you can do to increase your longevity including exercise and eating healthy. Most centenarians have many things in common including a good attitude.
STRONG SOCIAL RELATIONSHIPS - People that live more than 100 years have a strong set of good social relationships. They are not sent to old age homes but still live in their own homes or with their relatives and see people every day. Some of them still work each day or play a vital role volunteering for their community on a regular basis.
LET IT GO, DON’T HOLD ON TO THINGS - Centenarians do not hold on to bad feelings for very long. They let things roll of their back easily so to speak. They do not hold grudges against people. And most importantly they forgive everyone.
BE A VEGETARIAN - Studies have shown that some people that live the longest, live in vegetarian communities and eat good diets.
DRINK PLENTY OF GREEN TEA - Scientist don’t even know all of the wonderful properties of the chemicals in green tea yet. It seems to help the body burn calories faster, prevents diseases and boosts your immune system.
DO FOR OTHERS - Another common trait among centenarians is their good deeds and volunteering. Volunteering or helping others in a variety of different ways throughout their lifetimes, increases lifespans.
